About our director

Ms. Ashwani Rajeev

Ms. Ashwani Rajeev, the Founder and Director of Chapter One Preschool, combines a rich blend of global experience and heartfelt passion for early childhood education. An engineering graduate by education, Ashwani transitioned into the field of education driven by her passion for teaching. She has served as a Pre-Primary Teacher at leading international schools in Hyderabad and Bangalore, where she honed her skills in inquiry-based, child-centered teaching.

Her journey also includes time in the United States and Italy, where she lived and volunteered in child education services. These experiences provided her with valuable exposure to multicultural learning environments and progressive pedagogical practices from around the world.

With experience in multinational companies, Ashwani's diverse professional background further enriches her approach to education. Her deep commitment to nurturing young minds, combined with a strong academic foundation and practical classroom expertise, shapes the vision of Chapter One — a preschool where every child begins their educational journey with care, creativity, and confidence.
